I may be wrong but I was in san pedro and antigua when that volcano was erupting and that was in august. people in guatemala were saying they havent seen it erupt in 30 years like that. so i think it may have been in august. correct me if im wrong
Oops...I haven't checked my comments recently :) No, this eruption was definitely July 1. I haven't heard anything about another eruption in August, but you may be right. This wasn't a very large eruption, but it was a pretty decently-sized one.

oh i see. yeah we were in san pedro in august u should have been there i guess it was the biggest eruption in 30 years
