the U.S. talks a good game about cutting fuel useage but its always about upping mileage on cars and electric vehicles and other garbage to maximize profits.

threr is trafic in London that beacuse you've got too amny trffic lights and there is only 2-3 maximum lines on the roads for one way!
if London would have big highways in the center like Moscow - you would never have traffic at all!
