  • Bro you may be right. I assume you're writing from U.K where people are generally tolerant. It would be different if you're in a Muslim majority country. Any issue touching on Islam is always deemed sensitive and backlashes can be expected. This is the experience in my country. And it is not surprising Muslims always take refuge not in the Muslim countries but non-Muslims'.

  • Bullshit, sow why is it still punishable by death in many muslim countries???

  • ANYONE WHO WHATS REAL EVIDENCE ABOUT APOSTACY IN ISLAM . please get back to me and i will try to offer you the answer. it seems many people don't know it.

  • The issue of apostasy needs more space and time to be understood by non muslims.. it is not fair at all to discuss it in youtube.. because you cant deal with it holistically if you give the discussion a time limits..

because in islam we see human not as individuals only but also as society.. any act which can endanger that society must be prevented..

Islam is like a tree, whoever wants to know about its branch must know the root first..

  • @housse51 "The issue of apostasy needs more space and time..."

    That's not true.

~~"Whoever changed his (Islamic) religion, then kill him" Sahih al-Bukhari~~

~~"The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims."Bukhari~~

    DEATH is the penalty!

  • @sirjambo 1 o 2

    Yes the penalty IS DEATH..

but you seem to be soo "smart" and "knowledgeable" about islam ??

    so tell me

    1. How can you establish the case of an apostate in islam?

    2. in what manner should the authority approach the case of an apostate ?

    3. How can the authority find cases of apostasy ?

    4. in what conditions do this rulings applied ?

    5. Who are the ones responsible in conducting these rulings ?

    cont

  • @sirjambo 2 o 2

    6. how many witness needed to establish the case of apostasy ?

    7. what are the comments of scholars concerning these issues ?

    8. Is it possible that someone can escape these rulings ? the answer is yes : How ??

I think this 8 questions are enough.. answer this first.. perhaps we wil have a discussion..

Otherwise quoting some hadith is not sufficient.. every misguided sects in islam also quotes hadiths..

  • @housse51 "I think this 8 questions are enough.. answer this first.."

    Before answering...

Are you implying DEATH is NOT the penalty for apostasy in islam?

"Otherwise quoting some hadith is not sufficient.. every misguided sects in islam also quotes hadiths."

Ah one of those rare ~~quran only muslims~~ am I right?

"perhaps we wil have a discussion."

    The choice is yours.

  • Alhamdulillah

  • In my view Islam, like other Abrahamic religions, is religious delusion BUT I must say that it's refreshing to see some Muslims speaking in a calm voice.

This video might be white-washing the issue, or maybe it isn't, but it does make me wonder how the rest of the world would see the USA if the only videos they ever saw were made by Baptists from Alabama.

Maybe things would calm down a bit if Cat Stevens made some videos. Anybody with me on this?

  • @MrRonny41 Good point! But that still absolves Islam of any responsibility. Just because man gets it wrong, the religion isn't to blame. The verse in the Qur'an was specific to the time period in which it was revealed to detour and admonish spies who sought to disrupt the believers. THE HISTORY IS CLEAR !

  • Deeds are important. Look at Saudi Arabia, Iran & Sudan. Do you think they interprete the Koran the way you do? If they don't, the duty is yours to convince them and take the responsibility to re-educate the extremists instead of allowing the non-muslims to fight them and being accused of anti-Islam. Tell the muslims to be peace loving before telling us that Islam is a peaceful religion. I am not suggesting that all muslims are violent. Why not make a difference this time? God bless

  • In majority muslim countries apostasy is punishable by death. Can you tell me whether this is part of Islamic laws? In my country we are not allowed to proselytize to the muslims but non-muslims can embrace Islam freely. Is there any freedom of choice of belief in Islam?

  • @ThePeacemania Read Koran 2:256

  • @ThePeacemania,

Nope, the system is rigged against non-Moslims and designed to persecute them from all major and prominent positions. The non-Moslims need to take back Malaysia for the cause of religious freedom. I recommend arming a non-Moslim community heavily and declaring independence unilaterally for the right to peach against Islam. Thailand and Indonesians can provide support and the US would likely embargo Malaysia if you made your cause clear.

  • @ThePeacemania I think the recent revolutions, which by the way had "Allahu Akbar" as the common slogans, across the "Muslim world" prove that the governments are by no means Islamic. If you read the Quran, you will find a number of verses that mention people who believe, then disbelieve, then believe and then disbelieve again. Not once does it say to kill them, or that anyone can inflict any type of punishment against them. Any government that rules contrary to that is contrary to Islam.

    Peace

  • /watch?v=lRB3snGxgns&feature=related

  • learn Islam from the source. not from the enemy! :D

  • Murad is obviously intelligent. It's pure cognitive dissonance that he can't bring himself to cite the two ahadith by Bukhari in which it's clear Muhammad pronounced death for apostates. This is why all schools of Islam accept death for apostates. These kind of videos need to be challenged. The truth needs to be known.

  • @josesiem1 i will send you exact proof from quran that the hadith is wrong and Allah never allowed for people to be killed if they apostate. i have plenty for, so don't worry or even think of challeging islam. Hadiths are works of men. words from men though some are true and false. Quran words are from ALLAH alone and not words from men

  • watching all these shit videos by god freaks just stands to reasure me that i am quite sane, keep on praying lol.

  • @0:11,

This isn't true. It happens every day! Also, they kill daily for proselytizing. The Bible and the Koran aren't relevant to morality today and only have historical relevance. There are no known majority Christian countries where apostasy from Christianity is a crime.

  • @TheFlanker35 We all know that Christians for the most part don't follow the laws in their own Bible, but just because they choose not to follow their scriptures doesn't mean the verses aren't in there. They are. The Bible is very clear that whoever rejects their faith shall be stoned to death.

  • @a4d2d0 >>The Bible is very clear that whoever rejects their faith shall be stoned to death.<< if you are referring to Deuteronomy 17:3-5, you should re-read it and take note the was an instruction of specific people in a specific time..note where is say "in isreal".. While it's true that Christian apostates have been killed in sporadic and rare historical incidents, it was not the example of Jesus, nor is it a part of Christian teaching

  • another middle class white liberal embracing the death cult , he was well brainwashed by pc muslim apologists

  • 1- Killed in modern times after apostasy claims, Mahmoud Muhammed Taha, Faraj Fouda and the NOBEL PRIZE WINNER Najeeb Mahfouz (injured). 2-Remember that most Exmuslims HIDE themselves, that is why they are not killed! 3- HADITH is an essential part of islamic law, it states clearly in Al-Bukhari (Whoever changes his religion kill him) and also in Bukhari and Muslim (the blood of a Muslim is not Halal but in three cases, ...., the "Muhsan" adulterer, and who leaves his religion and the company.
