Hi im 5'11" i weigh 200lbs and bench about 185. i wondering how i could loose fat and gain muscle can anyone help me. I really need help with a diet plan and work out routine
running sprints is the best way to burn fat and keep muscle on. I do sprints and it works so well for me. I read somewhere that doing sprints causes elevated growth hormone levels in the body, but I am not sure if that is true. But I can say from my results that sprints work the best.
well i always ran but didn't sprint since it gets me tired quick. I also done alot of bike riding. I guess if i knew all the trick on how to burn fat easily i could had been gotten my pack.
haha sprinting is supposed to make you tired.....getting ripped is not easy man. You gotta put your work into it but it is worth it. Do sprints though man. I do 10 100 meter sprints and it works so well. I keep muscle on and stay really ripped doing it. Plus they help with squats and deadlifts and make you explosive

I hate the teaste of meat but understand that bodybuilders eat it for saource of protein. How do I get protein diet to build mass when I hate meat in general?
what should be in the diet? give examples, they show lots of exercises and say diet but all they say is low-calorie diet. What should you eat what should you cut out. examples please!!!

jumping rope is a great exercise to worm up, and for cardio, and overall but the best way to lose your belly fat is not up to the exercise that you do for your abs, but the way you eat and your diet.
there is no exercise better then diet to get you great abs, i am not even talking about all those useless devices they sell to make you get great abs, huge scam.
for cardio training day: do your cardio with empty stomach at least 5 hours after your last meal, the best is right in the morning after you wake up. don't eat anything, do at least 60 minutes very slow speed, heart beat should be around 110-120, in that particular day you should avoid any carbs, no sugar, just fruit and veggies, with protein, eat three time during that day, and have a fruit snack around 4 pm, nothing between your meals, drink lots of water.
i do seminars arround the world as much as i can, mostly in France , Canada, and USA, so if you are interested to get in shape and mastering your own nutrition and exercise program with some freind i absolutely natural way i could be your man.

Yeah but swimming, running, and walking are to loose weight. Plus I think that'll get you lean muscle which takes long time.

My goal is to just lose the rolls, so that'd be about 5-10 lbs, and i hope to be able to bench 250 by summers end. gl to me.
