I can't make a blur for only a stickman because when I convert to symbol the hole bitmap image is a symbol

@Branko3445 just go to the actual tutorial! the video is linked!, also for that problem, first you have to accept all the frames to be bitmap because flash only identify it as a image , when u make it bitmap now you can edit it. after making it bitmap you select the stick you want to blur , convert it to a symbol and apply the effect , easy easy
