Check out celesty. they are a very good symphonic power metal band, they have been around for a while but they are not very popular. In my opinion they are better than about 10 of the bands you have listed here, but thats the difference between your tastes and mine. Anyway check them out im sure you will like them. Their best album is vendetta.
