You cant drive cars but after a certain point you can drive a go cart, which ae quite quick, and you can run over people with that

no but u can drive go karts all over town with free roam no missions or anything and u can steal bikes and motor scooters

yes you can drive a car. but ONLY the motorbike and go-kart. to unlock the go- kart beat 5 races at the carnival then after that find and finish all go- kart races. then go to your garage and TADA! there it is. to get the motorbike, buy it at the carnival for 75 tickets. or just steal it from police. PS: you have to have the crash helmet on if ur driving the go-kart/ motorbike
