first off my trailblazer is the size of a Santa Fe or Sorento and definately not slow, and its not just a little more money for a Z, GT, or SS...its anywhere between 10-30G's more for those cars

nav option is coming, they are already out in Korea, just give it time and it will happen all over. US will receive the nav option as well as the 2.0t r-spec later on in the year, closer to 2010.
This is why I always ask to be present for the PDI, because I dont want idiots like this revving the green engine in my brand new car and goin off for joyrides. Although these guys didnt do much wrong here, Ive seen a lot worse. Ive worked at three dealerships and I see it all the time. If you're ordering a car that is special or has a lot of hype and anticipation... make sure you tell them you want to be there for the post-delivery inspection, trust me, you'll want to keep an eye on them:)
Korean cars and American cars, in terms of engineering they may be catching up. But interms of making a quality product; quality interior design and material, good balance between power and suspension; long way... Genesis is an engineer's car. I love the engine and suspension, but I don't like the way it looks inside out.

It comes with somethign like it. There's no flappy paddles at the steering wheel, but if you look at about 0:42, you'll notice at the gear lever section, there is a notch that has a section above and below (bottom left of the lever area). thats for up a gear and down a gear.

Hyundai scores well because of low price and 100,000 mile warranties. Hyundai does offer more for your money. From a racing point of view, I'd take a Cobalt SS over an Elantra. I would also drive both an Impala SS and a G6 GXP over a Sonata. the Sebring is one of the best selling convertibles ever. There are GM and Chrysler models that are faster than the Genesis . Really, people like different cars, everyone has their own opinion. i'm sure a Geo or Daewoo fan could argue their point too.

Hyundai was only competing with honda and nissan. As i stated before it was trying to compete with the sedan/ coupe conversion. Your 370z or mustang has none. This is why I always ask to be present for the PDI, because I dont want idiots like this revving the green engine in my brand new car and goin off for joyrides. Although these guys didnt do much wrong here, Ive seen a lot worse. Ive worked at three dealerships and I see it all the time. If you're ordering a car that is special or has a lot of hype and anticipation... make sure you tell them you want to be there for the post-delivery inspection, trust me, you'll want to keep an eye on them:)

It comes with somethign like it. There's no flappy paddles at the steering wheel, but if you look at about 0:42, you'll notice at the gear lever section, there is a notch that has a section above and below (bottom left of the lever area). thats for up a gear and down a gear.

G35 interior looks neat but it's sort of entry level lux sports. Hard plastic all over and hate the dash light.. It's not amber red, it's yellow orange.. Come on ~

looks like a good car, the performance should surprise alot losers in mustangs and camaros. I'm just not that thrilled about the styling. I think a redesign is needed to make this a better looking car. Mechanically its very good.

Hyundai sold more cars in the U.S. in 2008 than Pontiac, Saturn, Jeep, Linclon etc. American comapnies are losing sales, everybody knows that. About the reliability, go buy a consumer reports magazine and read the review, Hyundai have better ratings in general than most GM, Chrysler cars.

Again, you are generalizing and making assumptions. I asked you specifically which Hyundai model was better or more reliable. The truth is none. The Genesis, a decent effort, is the only model Hyundais ever built that can hold its own. Nothing else theyve ever made had any sort of sport, luxury, or appeal whatsoever. One car cannot make or break a corporation. This is about which company offers the best vehicle lineup and truthfully Hyundai is the worst along with Kia and Suzuki.

I have a consumer reports spring 2009 issue. it shows that hyundai elantra is among the highest rated compact sedans, better than ford focus, chevy cobalt. hyundai sonata also recieved better overall scores than than chevy impala, pontiac G6, chrysler sebring. now dont post any more crap unless you know what you're talking about.

Hyundai scores well because of low price and 100,000 mile warranties. Hyundai does offer more for your money. From a racing point of view, I'd take a Cobalt SS over an Elantra. I would also drive both an Impala SS and a G6 GXP over a Sonata. the Sebring is one of the best selling convertibles ever. There are GM and Chrysler models that are faster than the Genesis . Really, people like different cars, everyone has their own opinion. i'm sure a Geo or Daewoo fan could argue their point too.

but you're comparing performance car to non-performance car. Hyundai never built performance version of those cars. you should be comapring Genesis coupe V6 to a Camaro V6 or Genesis V8 to a 300C.

Yes the srt8 is faster..... considering it has a 6.1 v8 that makes 425 for an engine.... The model in this video is a 3.8 v6 and its making 300hp.
The srt-8 barely makes 70 hp per litre and the Genesis makes about 79 per litre. Let your logic find the answer for you... that is if you have any.

if hyundai had tossed in the v8 from the sedan then you could compare them, until then comparing those cars with the 306 hp v6 the gen coupe has is comparing apples to oranges.
