Been a MUSE fan for about 6 years (started paying attention after origins of symetry, fell in love after black holes and revelations) I would attribute MUSE's recent success in the US to word of mouth and just the absolute, unfaltering loyalty their fans show towards them. Its pretty obvious they have no idea what they're talking about when it clearly says in this video's info that even this very COVER was released a year before the first Twilight movie. Plus, Muse had mainstream U.S. success 4 years before Twilight, not to mention their popularity in their home country even quite a few years before that so its not like that movie was directly responsible for their international success or anything.

Wow, really good arrangement/performance of the tune. Personally a little too quick for me but I think it's still a very original interpretation of the song. If anyone is interested, the Pride of Arizona Marching Band (University of Arizona) has an indoor performance of this song, as it is Part I of their 2010 marching show which is performed at football games. The title of the video is "The 2010 Pride of Arizona Muse Rehearsal - Band Camp Aug 19th, 2010" and is definitely worth checking out!
