The first video may be those night sky-divers guys. They do stunts like this for attention. It's as simple as para-shooting out of a plane with a roman candle firework stick. However, the second video is very interesting.

With videos like these, I always look for conventional and/or logical explanations for them. I'm not sure what to make of the Utah video. There is something unusual there but exactly what it is, I can't make out. The three Jerusalem vids, that's a different story. If all three are fakes, give these people oscars for VFX. They've earned'em. If the vids are genuine, then I must conclude the UFO's seen here are Not man-made . No man-made craft could possibly move that fast.
