Granted its not that big a difference and I wouldnt say its a valid reason for 3GS over 3G... But with everything else the 3GS has over the 3G its just one more example. Better camera, faster, better battery...

the only reason i got the 3GS is because i got it for the $200 price. Im also gonna sell my old iphone on ebay. Im assuming ill get at least 150 for my old iphone..which basically cancels out the price of the iphone 3GS

You didn't say if you were using WiFi or ATT's 3G network. Though If I had to guess i'd say you were using WIFI.
