Great vid, but the "Twister" is not Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it is definitively Catch-Wrestling. (all ground grappling does not automatically equal BJJ). Let's please give credit where credit is due, and not where it is not.

@luchador1764 Dude, who cares? Grappling is grappling, it's the rule sets the arts are contested under that makes them differ in what techniques they use. I don't go around telling people an armbar is really a Juji-Gatame from Judo and make a big deal about it. Catch Wrestling can also be a general term for indigenous wrestling styles found all over the world, there are only so many ways to twist and contort a human body.
