I spent well over 120 hours beating this game, 4-5 of which beating the holoholo bird. It took me a total of 1 hour to beat that SOB.

@Zombiewalker125 lol yah same here. he couldn't kill me and i couldn't kill him and i slowly wore him down over 1 hour. All because I didn't pick up that level two aoe ice move that guillo has so he can perform a combo with that, icefan, and empyreal wildfire. Was pretty proud of myself that I beat him tho :)

I love this RPG! Best ever!

There is something im mad about! They think Malpercio is evil! Even though is just an alliance of gods whom called for power of darkness to destroy Wiseman! The cost was to give thier souls to evil! Evil used it at its will so its not Malpercio's Fault! I guess they will never know, except Sagi, Guillo and Milliarde... And Us! :)

@CrystalofLight5 thats why in the end of eternal wings after you beat Malpercia lady melodia even says "you poor child, go to sleep" or something along those lines, and Melodia is actually possessed by wiseman in eternal wings, thats why her hair changes white, its one of many secrets most people never cought that tigh the games very closely, so technically, Malpercia on eternal wings is just a patch work body for wiseman to possess. I about pissed myself when I figured that all out.

Here is a proof : How i found out that Baten Kaitos Excisted, One day i asked Mom to go to the mall and rent some games for me, i wanted to rent Pikmin 2, but unfortunately, there was no Pikmin 2 there. Mom brought Baten Kaitos:Eternal Wings and The Lost Ocean, i was MAAAADDD!!! I wanted Pikmin 2! But i tried out the game, then went to the retailer the next day and asked: " Is this game for sell?"

They replied "Yes" And i bought it! BEST RPG!

I prefer Origins by far, even though I played and liked Eternal Wings first. Origns had a much more engaging story, more likable and developed heroes and villains alike, and much, MUCH better production values. The only think Eternal Wings did better was its amazing plot twist. But Origins' twists are good too. Eternal Wings lets you have it all at once, while Origins spreads the shock out a bit more.

Most of all, Origins ends well, whereas Eternal Wings' end was single-handedly ruined by Xelha.

one thing about sagi and kalas is, you'll not only find there voice somewhat similar too, but there characteristics aswell, for example, both hint around to liking a girl, sagi > milly and kalas > xhellia, also there movies in battle are very similar too, along with the equip cards for sagi, are the same ones that kalas uses.

I've only ever played baten kaitos origins and I didn't get very interested in it until recently. I never would have had this game if my dad hadn't randomly gotten it for me for my birthday a few years ago. I wasn't very interested in it at all back then and for a long time I didn't play it much, and the farthest point we got when my brother and I did play it some was just after lake botein ruins. But now I'm way farther and I like it a lot more now. =)

@matuto70 Es que muchas personas solo van por "Final Fantasy". ¿Sabes qué es cierto? Final Fantasy es un escupitajo comparado con Baten Kaitos. Personajes, historia, música, humor... Baten Kaitos es simplemente una obra de arte, y todos los que digan que Final Fantasy es mejor es porque nunca han tenido, ni tendrán imaginación. De eso se trata Baten Kaitos, soñar, imaginar, volar... No de los típicos chicos "emos" de FF.
