  • @tapion123 you dont have to do it all in one go, you can alternate between exercises after u push out as many reps as you can on that exercise

  • for all pushups except the hindus cross your ankles to focus the workout on your upper body more

  • if you had fat on your stomach then you wouldnt be able to see the six pack. So i think you would need to do more cardio to go with your 300 double crunches . So your blanket statement is a blanket statement. Also thanks for your advice.

  • notice how it dont show his thirty pullups. well what i do for pullups (forgeting about this video) is set a number goal something high like 50 or 60 and the trick is if you have to rest and thats the point ofcorse, do crunches while your resting. Ill do this 4 puchups too. do 25 and then crunches til your ready 4 the next 25 and go to 250 or whatever you want
