Hi Willie - just scanned all the videos - only one word to say and thats brilliant - I will now revisit and get down to some work to master the things you have said
just got done watching all your videos on improvisation and i have to say i went from cringing every time i listen to myself playing (i record most of my improvs) too being able to listen and see where i need improvement ... thank you so much for these free lessons!!!! aiming for those 3rds and 7ths really helped me navigate my way through the changes of blue bossa

Uhmmm... Heh... I think this is a great lesson, but I was hoping the fingerings to the chromatic scales might be in the sheet music.
Is there a way you could break the fingerings down on here?
I am trying to follow what you did, but sometimes it's going a little too fast to really discern what's happening.
Thank you for all the great tips!

These lessons are great, thanks Willie.
Re: "playing random notes" @ 05:25 - this is a wonderful exercise.
I've been trying it out with a latin beat, 50bpm using both hands as you demonstrated, and it's great fun playing all those bad-to-the-bone notes.
It actually sounds pretty, pretty, pretty good - even though I'm not thinking at all about WHAT notes I'm playing, just movin' along with the rhythm.
Wonderful, thanks.
