Just wondered what and where did you get the yellow bands that the girl is using for the tree trag. Looking into making a homemade sled and they look pretty good
@abcstrength Thats a tow strap with looped ends from home depot. Costs about $20, but it can only support about 20,000 lbs so I have to cut down my sled weight when I train. For future equipment or fitness advice visit the forum on my website. I'll be putting lots of info there, ask away to help get things rolling.
