How come the uk cant seem to get this right with their own soap. WHY CANT THEY HAVE A BEVY OF BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE......HOLYOAKS IS DOING OKISH BUT THERE HAVE GOT TO BE MORE PRETTIER PEOPLE IN THE UK RIGHT....
... there was also one French man - the Cole's old friend who stole some Olivia's jewellery, he acted for some time, and the last, but not least who I remember and didn't see in the opening is the blond Cole's ex-girlfriend, I think her name was Jade and she was killed by Derek in the island!
Watching this move few times now I can see some characters missing: first of all this Asian sexy girl the first casey's girlfriend, I think her name was Rae or something, and of course her asian boyfriend who finally appeared and she left SB with him... What's more for some quite a long time there was a Casey's mother in the show - that's the 3rd person missing...
One thing I loved about Sunset Beach was that just about everyone in this soap was so mouth-wateringly hot, steamy, and sexy. Even the older people. I miss this show.

@zboj you're right...Rae is definitely missing...but her Asian boyfriend wasn't a main character, so I don't think he is missing :)

@Richard702 She does appear in the credits but it's the early ones she's in where they're all shown on moving B+W pictures.
