I love the apology at 4:18 ' It is easy to see the wisdom of Christ is arranging things as He has for he Sacrament of Confession brings about a certainty of Forgiveness, which destroys scruples , anxieties or doubts,which come from both ourselves and from the Devil. It brings help to overcome self deception and rationalization. It brings humility and it brings help( grace) in avoiding sins. And helps to root out future sin by good spiritual direction."
