Looks like a fun ride, good that you have taken on the upgrades to the front end . The other issue would be to add a roll bar so if the trike were to get out of shape in a turn the drivers head and neck wouldnt be in danger.

Nothing's wrong with the front wheels. I thought the suspension would break too, but if you look closely, you see that the chassis is leaning outside with the wheels. The A-arms try to stay level and push the top of the wheel out in the lean.

He just needs an anti-roll bar on it.

haha the bike is a gilera cougar 125, 10.5bhp single cylinder 4 stroke 2v engine. I used to have 1, hated it coz it was sooo slow (well liked it for a little while) have you not considered using a bigger engine maybe a 400cc??
