Never make fun of the King. The Thai's love their king. This would be an insult.
Don't be a Cheap Charlie. Thai's hate cheap people.
Never pat a Thai on the head.
Do not get confrontational with a Thai. You will not win, even if the guy is under 5 foot. Thai's will not allow one of their own to get beat up by a foreigner. You will be dealt with ASAP.

i have to say i wish i knew about the mens room rub before i went as it was a startling experience- you forgot to mention street bugs, bar fines and how you dont really need those malaria pills your doctor may suggest. love thailand
