OR: You can buy 300 calorie all natural frozen entrees that taste great, and are preservative free at the supermarket from $3-4. I eat them for lunch all the time. Snack on healthy things. Remove the junk from your house, and get 3-4 days a week of some kind of exercise. It's really not that difficult. Use whole wheat breads and pastas, and buy frozen veggies in bulk and add them to your meals. Cook with splenda if you have a sweet tooth.

I've used nutrisystem for about 5 years and maintain my 118 lbs at 5'7. It's cheap around $250 a month quick and easy. Also you don't have to refridgerate the meals. The food has gotten better. It works! If you don't like it try something else. But it's better than pills or surgery or crazy diets. All my very overweight friends complain of the food taste-well, I can handle it to stay and be slim.

I've used Nutrisystem, and please everyone SAVE YOUR MONEY. The meals are really disgusting and most of them have a slimy or off texture to them. I was very hungry everyday, even though I followed each meal to a T. If you don't believe me, google the reviews of the stuff. I wouldnt feed that goo to my dog. SERIOUSLY. On a positive note, if you don't like them, you can send the remaining portions back for a full refund.
