  • that shit comes down to his neck and parents come and scream "JOHHHNYYY IS DEAAAD!!"lol

  • Msjmidget2010 is rite man. You have to give your body time to heal itself. I know it sucks waiting and you feel like your getting weaker but your actually getting stronger by taking more time off. Trust me. I weigh 148 and bench 300. Lift HEAVY and rest your body. Keep it up.

  • howcome everytime someone benches, the bar always leans to one side?! myself included.

  • @varun009 well its maybe bcuz u use the strength more in one of the arms that makes a lil sense.. Because its NORMAL that ure a bit stronger in one arm..

  • @varun009 but well, u dont only uses the arms in bench

  • look at ur legs....if you worked them out to you would be 165 -170

  • @tomahawk75413 this video is a few years old. my current weight is 140. i work my legs once a week just like every other muscle. played hockey for 13 years. currently training for marathon. my legs are in great shape. impossible that i could add 25-30 lbs.instead of making excuses for why people are better than you, then why dont you hit the gym a little harder. talks cheap. actions speak louder. p.s. current max bench 260. but it doesnt matter because numbers are pointless. size matters.

  • @msjmidget2010 no disrespect at all i have done many marathons and i also completed the ironman triathlon. i am only saying this because when i was 15 i could bench that amount i was 140 but when i started to do squats i gained about 20-30 pounds... you should consider wrestling you are strong for your weight and would be a great wrestler.

  • @tomahawk75413 well in that case none taken. i thought you were just one of them normal "i talk shit over the internet cuz i have no balls" people haha. And congragts. i would love to do a triathalon but im not a good distance swimmer. And to be honest i hate running but i want to challenge myself. I love mountain biking though. im too old for wrestling now and i dont have time. I work 50 hours a week and go to school at night. you like to mountain bike?

  • @msjmidget2010 nice lift :D and what is your height and weight now?

  • @BotActionAndy havent grown haha. 5'5" forever. i weigh about 140 now and i havent really maxed in a few months but it was at 260. 20 more lbs to go

  • @msjmidget2010 cool :D I weigh 140 as well but my bench is only 150 max ha ha

  • @BotActionAndy dont worry about it. everyone starts somewhere. i started out benching the bar. plus in all honesty numbers dont matter. size and gains matter.

  • @msjmidget2010 I didn't start at 150, I started at at about 80 it's took me a year to get up to 150 :(

  • @BotActionAndy how often do you work out chest. and what is your routine like?

  • @msjmidget2010 I go to the gym Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do bench and dumbbell flys on all of those days but and my bench hasn't increased for about a month now

  • @BotActionAndy your benching too much. once or twice a week is good. also you cant do the same routine. do dumbell press. cable crossovers. incline bench incline flies. just switch it up. 1 month go heavy weight and light reps and the next month go light weight and more reps.

  • i bench more than that... but then again im a load lol

  • You should have a spotter

  • midget boy

  • Damn man you are STRONG... How can I increase my bench press?

  • This might sound stupid, but have you ever tried having someone only put two fingers under the bar? it took my mind out of my max and i got 235 at 130 pounds, i know its not clean but having the two fingers under the bar takes your mind out of the equation

  • hahah lovin the song, HU is awesome btw good job

  • im 14 and workout with 86lbs x15 but ive never tried to max out ive been working out 2 1/2 months but i dont wana max out since i dont have a spotter can u tell me a estimated guess of what my max is

  • @azgat88 this is from over a year ago. since then i have gone through numerous injuries including broken wrist. due to playing ice hockey and having a very high metabolism its hard for me to gain weight so right now im always up and down between 135 to 140 usually closer to 140. i pushed out 260 the other day. biggest tip is that you need lots of motivation and really want to work hard. bench at least once a week but try for 2. also work your triceps and shoulders because they will really help.

  • @msjmidget2010 If you wana gain weight, there is this mass gaining shake, i forget the name but i used it to get from 145 to 175 where i am now, and it works very well, 1300 calories per scoop, its hard to burn through that haha

  • I'm 13 and I push 430lbs at 203lbs naturally.

  • Nice lift. Get a current one up bud! keep at it

  • i did that when i weighed 133 freshmen year and now im Fat and at 141 and 245 on Bench still 104 more Pounds than my own weight but now u weigh about 145 to 150 right

  • dangerous without a spotter, but that makes all more manly

  • very dangerous...

  • My friend also weighs 130, he only benches 210 right now. Well not like I mean 210 isnt a lot but you know what I mean. Hes hoping for 230 by the end of this school year!

  • really shouldve had a spotter man, but good job

  • good job man

  • thats fantastic for 130 lbs. now put on ~60 lbs and you will be a beast. what do you squat? keep liftin heavy.

  • bet you couldnt squat that.

    Pussy.

  • @GeorgeHurst08 its always the ones that cant do shit that wanna talk shit over internet to make themselves look big. a 230 squat is not much at all

  • @msjmidget2010 video.

  • holy shit man, i weigh like 135 and my max is only 185 bench.. how old were you in this video, and how long were you training? i just don't see how you can have so much strength weighing that much, haha. are you just not as strong in other lifts like squat? cause i squat 340 max.. i'm not sure what's impressive and what's not, so i'm just lookin for advice. thanks.

  • @borednessislife

i think this video is about a year old which means i was 17. currently i weight 140 lbs and my 1 rep about a month ago was 250 (my goal is 280 so i ca n double my weight) which means i am probably at 255 or 260 right now. i went through some injuries such as a concussion and dislocated shoulder which has slowed me down through the past year but i am still making progress. and i dont squat very often at all because of hockey which is year round. my max is about 250 i think

  • @msjmidget2010 i see. that's very impressive man, i've never heard of someone at your body weight benching that much. and yeah, that explains a little with the squat, but that still doesn't take away from how sick your bench is. good work man, keep it up.

  • @borednessislife this was i think about a year and a half ago. really got into lifting about 2 1/2 years ago. and i honestly just started squatting a few months ago because i never wanted to work legs during hockey season. but i pushed out 6 reps of 315 squat last night. never maxed though. i would say 340 is a good max. right now i only weigh about 138 give or take a few and i pushed out 260 max on bench

  • good job

  • your an idiot. bar is 45lbs and plus the 2 45's on each side plus theres a 2 1/2 on each side

    230. plus this is an old video my max is currently between 240 and 250 and i weigh 140

  • 45lbs * 2 for 2 sides = 180lbs...plus his 10lb added = 200lbs? not 230?

  • @bcranger0 you forgot the 45 lb bar.. two 45's on each side plus the bar is 225. and he added 2.5's on the end on each side. 230.

  • not too bad. Best i got was weighing 150 and putting up 255 last year

  • good job bud i'm bout the same size i've been working out for four years i max at 250.

  • I also bench over 100 pounds of my body weight. I weight 180 (age 16 5'9) and max out 285....but when I weighed 130, I think I maxed out like 100 pounds haha good work

  • Thats impressive for 130 lbs. Im at 180lbs. and i can do 280

  • nice i weigh 130 too :) and i max 315 good job

  • @maxis986

    yea that sounds reasonable

    (not srs)

  • Woa, you did that without a spotter, that's scary.

  • i'm 5'11 weigh 150 and officially max at 155, i train upper body every other day and that max was a few weeks ago so I might be able to do more now

but when your trying to max you NEED a spotter, i could tell that that was heavy and if u didn't clear it you woulda been screwed

  • whats ur bench program bro?

  • This is something impressive. Most faggots gain weight just to bench more weight to show off. Bruce Lee weight only 135lbs and could bench over 350 lbs.

  • i weigh 130 pounds and my 1rm is 95lbs hahah long way to go

  • Aha,my max bench is 135 now, goona keep on going.

  • @V1nceWithShamwow

    hey man everyone starts somewhere

i had to basically start over again because i got a real bad concussion and couldnt lift for over 4 weeks. keep up the good work cuz your making progress

  • @msjmidget2010 yea i found out that my resistance bands werent the same as olympic weights,so in football,we started to lift again, now im trying to get mass

  • You have potential, but drop the weight down to 60% up to 80% of the lift you just barely did with poor form. Work on multiple sets of triples (say eight sets) with focus on speed and form. Increase 5 percentage points per week. Try for a new max after 6 weeks. Also pause the bar at your chest before lifting with speed. Use at least one spotter when training bench press and work for speed and technique. Do not lift your ass off the bench!

  • Solid lift! 1.76 times your bodyweight is huge!! All around excellent.... a couple cheap spring collars would be nice though. Keep up the lifting man.

  • nice. 100 over is a good milestone

  • thanks man

    i appreciate it

  • Hello,I Weigh 135,I'm 5,9,but my max bench is 90,I feel pathetic due to that, how should my schedule be,should I take protein after or before as well?

  • @V1nceWithShamwow

first of all how old are you and how long have you been lifting...this will help me answer your other questions

  • dont, im 15, 5'10, weigh close to 135, My max right now is 140 1 or 2 times, but i only use the two 45's on each side right now which is 135.

  • @shooterman13

    confused at what your asking?

  • whats your goal for 2010, and again that is awesome to lift 100 lbs above your weight..

  • @CertifiedOddBall

thanks and i hope to be able to double my body weight before the year is over

i might be around 140 lbs by then so looking at a 280 bench

    hbu?

  • i'm still waiting to get a legitmate 300, without bouncing, arching back, just let it rest for a sec. then push up. all chest

  • @CertifiedOddBall

    thats legit..good luck man

  • MAN!!! good job bro

  • @CertifiedOddBall thanks man

  • Very Nice !

100 pounds over your bodyweight is a great push.

    Keep going/ 5 stars

  • @6466611 thanks man

  • i was 15 5'8 145 pounds benching 200 freshman year

  • Comment removed

  • @BrianLuebben

thats not bad for your age

ummm i really got into benching around february 2009 and was repping 115 and my max was 170...i benched every other day and did at least 5 sets...now i pyramid alot (increases of 10 lbs starting at 135) and go until i can get like 1 rep of whatever weight it is..then i go back down by 10s. until ive done 135 for as many reps as possible)...also train your triceps (dips and weighted dips really help)...best of luck and keep it up

  • do u plan on making any other lifting videos, and how many inches are ur arms when flexed?

  • @MultamBibit

well i dont have a gym access so i cant deadlift or squat so i dont know what else people would want to see...once i get 2x my weight on bench il post that

i might post doing weighted dips (45 lbs attached for about 12 reps) if you wanna see that?

  • @MultamBibit

oh and my arms are just under 14inches when flexed

  • Great push to finish that rep off kid. Congrat's on the lift. Keep pushing and you'll be doing that for reps in a year or so...

    5 stars.

  • @BRETZERR

    thanks man

    much appreciated

  • nice. need to work on positioning your body prior to lifting (chest out/shoulder blades pulled in together). Also need to keep your butt on the bench, and breathing. Overall, great poundage for your size.

  • mgusha33 thats pretty impressive

    keep it up

and there was someone in the room just in case i slipped lol

  • always make sure u have a spotter

  • ya i was ganan tell u that video that i out up of me benching 185 is old right now im benching 235 and i weight 163, and i can squat 360

  • your pretty skinny, okay ur extremely skinny. impressive lift brah.

  • Comment removed

  • son of a bitch i thought you didnt have anyone else in the room with you at first
