so, if i was to do one hand pushups im actually allowed to turn my body a bit to the side? cause i can do almost perfect straight 1hand pushups, but it puts tremendous stress on my side(not muscle stress) mainly stress on my back cause i injured it before and had to do physio for 3months and couldnt exercise at all during that time
i jsut started 1 handed push ups like a week ago i can do like 10 i was really suprised cuz ever sinc ei failed doing them last year i stoped trying them at all,i have a question tho.....can i use them to put more power in my tricep 1 by 1 and will this increase my max push ups with both arms,so far i maxed 122 with kinda wide grip,100 was my goal when i was small,but now that desire grew to 1000,wat kinda training do i need to do to achieve this
Yes still at Fitness First. But decided I am going to have a go at triathlons so most of my training is now done outside. Also Doing John O'Groats to Lands end and back cycling in June none stop so lots of training for this at moment. Under 7 days to complete, bring on the saddle sores I think.
