  • WTF is it just me or does this sound like a YTP?

  • These songs from the suite, " In The Bottoms" are sort of complicated. I learned "Honey" from this suite for a competition and the judges loved it. I'm starting to work on the entire suite including "Juba". Nice job with the piece. I know how much work one must put into these pieces.

  • You left out the hardest part!

  • you play it a bit too fast.

It sounds better if you gave it feeling, like bunnies frolicking.

it's supposed to sound cute from what i know =]

  • Oh man, I just got through learning this song and I almost had a heart attack listening to this. You added your own little feel to it...but...no. kthx

  • Too much tempo variation, try slowing it down a little bit, a little more voicing in the mid section with less pedal, learn the middle variation of the theme, its hard but it breaks the repetitiveness of the song. It's a dance, and even somewhat like a rag, slow it down, or clean it up. Nice job though.

  • Should've practiced more first. Cool song though.

  • I LOVE this Nathaniel Dett piece. He deserves more recognition. It's fun to play, and more than a little difficult, isn't it? I might record and post my version, too! You did a nice job! Those middle sections gave me trouble, too; the chords are very rich, and the voicing is NOT easy.

  • You left out the entire mid section... did you not have that part of the sheet music? (-_-)
