My mother taught us to love Leiderkranz cheese. Her father played the violin in the Liederkranz orchestra which is what they named the cheese after. We liked it when it was so ripe it was almost runny! My brother mail-ordered two packs of the new Liederkranz cheese from DCI, and had them sent to me : ) I was so excited to get them! DELICIOUS! Two problems though #1 my daughters won't stop complaining about the smell : ( #2) it's not packaged in that cute little box anymore : (

I hope it's still packed in the little cardboard box. The news of Liederkranz returning just made my 2010 holiday season.

As silly as it sounds I am gleefully telling my entire family about this. We were huge Liederkranz fans and are pleased to hear that it has returned!
