As far as pitch, in the first part she's off but not that all that far off. But outside of narrow middle range in which she can sort control her vocal quality, she's hopeless. In the second thing, where she is singing with no backup, she's just totally god-awful. I do not think she is literally tone deaf, just a bad singer. But I've heard a lot worse.
