whats up hitman, i am new to using fl studio but was wondering two things. what program is that u used to chop the sample? can u import drums from other sources, cuz i have a mpc and have about 20 drum kits that i get from new york but how would i import them so i dont always have to use the stock drums in fl studio? thanks for the tutorial.

Hi,

I actually just use my friends Mini DV Camcorder tehn plug it into my PC using a firewire cable to capture the footage... then its good old Windows movie maker from there! You dont need to use anything special for the vids, infact if your mobile phone has a good resolution cam, you can just use that although the sound quality might suffer.

Cool Edit Pro or Adobe Audition are very good for cutting samples !

You can use the built-in feature in FL 7 called Edison to cut and chop the samples.
