How about, "She is hot" & "She feels hot".

Well

"She is hot." could mean "Se is sexy." so... that is different. But it COULD be the same....

I'm hot. = I feel hot. are conversationally the same. BUT you could actually be physically cold (temperature-wise), but FEEL hot... so sometimes it is different.
