@AutoBombed I own a bunch of Land Cruisers (FJ40, FJ45, FJ60, FJ70, FJ80, 2 FJCruisers, and 2 TLC Icons) and a Unimog, and a couple Pinzgauers, and a Jeep AEV Brute, and a LR Defender 110. When it comes down to it, the FJ's are the best 4x4s by far. FJ's will go places the Unimog can't. Don't be a douche and a fanboy. You've obviously got a bad case of small penis syndrome, and think you're the shit, and your Unimog can't run over a FJ40 if it can't catch up, mine super modded can only do 69mph.

Don't worry, I live and work in Big Bear and just talked to the ranger in charge of the trails. He says that some of the trails around Butler Peak (where the fire was) will be closed for log clearing for one to three years but, the actual trail closures are minimal and the areas that the trails go to can be reached by other trails in the area.

Gold Mountain and John Bull are both open but, they are pretty scary right now becase of ice on the trails on the northern (shaded) parts of the trails. Have Fun... Later
