Getting a lawyer is the wrong thing to do. A lawyer's first obligation is to the court. Hiring a lawyer to represent you, in the eyes of the court, sees you as being mentally incompetent to present yourself and a ward of the court and a child. Thus the term re-present.

Most lawyers give free consultations. People should at least consult with a lawyer when they have a court case.

THINK FIRST! A plumber doesn't swear an oath. A lawyer does when he accepts the accreditation for passing of the bar exam. Also, the only license a lawyer has to represent a wo/man comes from that client that hires him or her.

Sure, consult with a competent lawyer. They know a lot about court procedure. They know next to nothing about commercial redemption.

The Bush administration put out the Patriot Act in 2001, due to the paranoia of 9/11 which lets the authority arrests you with out a judge to issue a warrant..which there gos your rights.. The Bush administration also didn't read it well and now there are loop holes in our freedoms..

Yep. The 1993 WTC bombing was allowed to happen via the FBI. The FBI supplied the bomb material.

Sam is a true hero of mine. I listen to a podcast called 'Free Talk Live' and because of this for the last 3 years I have been following the 'Free State Project' and what they stand for which is true freedom in our liftime. This guy is making a stand for US!

This was a great start! I think NH has a current law that citizens may not record the police while transacting business. There is a state rep that is trying to make a new law to state that it is legal but they should instead repeal the unlawful statue currently in the books. Hang in there Sam!
