hey I have a few questions. The game keeps showing me the tutorial a.k.a the Demo Pon for the "Pata pata pata pon" part and it won't let me pass that. It says, "Cillax Mighty leader" then is keeps running me the through the Demo Pon. The game also NEVER saves, so I keep having to do EVERYTHING again. What's going on? Oh, and my PSP in PSP3001, version 6.38.

@artman40 IM not that bad lol, in the very beggining I just kept messing up right before I got to fever, so it took me a while to get the rhythm down, I can move and attack, and defend fine, I still have problems getting fever though

@GrimSplinter Make the difficulty to easy. Trust me, in Patapon 1 it was a lot harder to get Fever, if you didn't know when to time. Actually nobody really knew...

After playing Patapon 2 I found out how to get Fever really fast in Patapon 1.

It just takes time to learn, so have patience ^_^

First of all, what firmware is your PSP running?

1. It should be 3.90 m33-3 or over, since that firmware does fix these problems. Check this site out for both official and custom firmware (WinRAR should be installed):

psphero. com

2. Go to home screen, press select, scroll down to UMD Mode and set it to M33 driver or Sonynp9660 if it doesn't work with m33.

3. Reset PSP (restart) and try the game now.

If none worked, the ISO file might be the problem.

I think in Patapon 1 it is much harder to get in Fever Mode, also the plant minigame is harder. But it's only my opiniun :P

You'll need a memory stick no matter what, else you can't save your adventure/progress in the game. So get a memory stick, download the game(got a vid with link), get cfw(see a tutorial for help) and play the game :)

Follow the beat, your drumming at the wrong time. There is a square surrounding the game, it's blinking. It helps you on the beat.

Earthquake is gotten from the machine boss, Cannodears, upgraded version of Cannogears.

And i got Patapon 1, Baban is kinda hard to destroy, but try using the defense song with Tatepon, Dekapon/Kibapon and Yaripon/Yumipon. When you use the defense song, you need to stand as close as possible to Baban, else your patapons won't attack.

Then attack with full power, when Baban is weakened. The Pon Chaka song also helps. Gl XD

Not possible in Patapon 2, but Rolito also made the game, so that you need to evolve to the patapon type you want, and still keep him, if you evolve to someone else. You can save the game, before upgrading/evolving.
