I got the Gold Bass Cross by using your cheats, Kenynoris! It IS safe to use these cheats you put in the description, if you do it right that is. Do it wrong, and you get your file deleted. I did it withe a new file, just to be safe. I was using a rom, with a VBA beta3. I then put the save file and the rom on my SD card so I could play it on the Wii, using the Homebrew channel ofcourse. OK, I'm not going to say anything more of that here.

@darkgero55 You need to download Visualboy Advance, then go to 4shared.com and search up Megaman Battle Network 5.gba (MAKE SURE ITS A .GBA FILE) then drag the file into VisualBoy Advance. GameShark is included in VisualBoy Advance. There're a few videos on how to do it.

By the way, Can I ask? when you use a dark chip on megaman, can you still control him? or when you use a dark chip on megaman, it controls automatically just like the BEAST OVER in MMBN6 ?

@Aeon70 I think it was one of those 'scrapped at the last minute' ideas, they were prolly planning on putting it in and ether ran out of time or changed their minds... either way its still in there for cheat codes to exploit :P

another way to do bass cross is to have the GBA mmbn5 slotted into the nds gba slot. when you boot your game, you will get a message asking to activate basscross. select yes and you will be in bass cross.

@JakdVids You can only get basscross without cheats is by a e-reader. Which is from the Japanese version. For the US, only way is cheats.
