i think that in fire red and leaf green you need to beat the pokemon league about 10 times, then Mew will randomly appear in the Cave mewtwo is found in... atleast its what i was told, never tried it though,,, read it on a few cheat sites also...

Dudes, just get a gameshark and highlight the pokemon u want. Don't choose a lv, just the pokemon you want and press start. Walk on a patch of grass and the pokemon you chose will appear randomly at any lv below 50 I think. Cool vid btw. It was funny.

It's all true in this video. But I figured it out these videos always made me so anxius to catch the lengendary when i realized u can download Fired red for example on the net and it's easyy to get cheats I have celebi, mew, Deoxys, Jirachi.. And I don't even have a badge, I even got to the elite 4 just by walking through walls, this isn't possible in Gba unless u have a Game Shark or u receive the ticked in a nintendo event.
