If you can't walk... hobble. If you can't hobble... work it out in a chair. You don't even have to order this... you can put about 5 or 6 YouTube videos in the queue and watch it all from home. Guaranteed that you doing something today will (over time) get rid of all these other problems. Don't wait to see what others say!

@DookTube thanks for your advice. i do exercise on my own with crunches and the treadmill already, it's just hard on my back with the crunches, thats why i wanted to try this video. but i ordered it off amazon for like $15. so it wasnt expensive. and my back problems are hereditary, not because of weight. the arthritis is from having a surgery when i was younger after i split my knee open. :( so unfortunately the only way the pain goes away for me is with advil. lol.

@lancer590 abs are made in the kitchen! Even if you're skinny you can still have a layer of fat covering your abs preventing them from showing. You have to be on a strict low fat and no junk food diet. For some people you have to have a body fat percentage under 10% to have a nice 6 pack. If you have been working out for a year now, you probably have a great 6pack. You just need to lose that extra fat covering them.
