Shane and Molly were cute but I think the chemistry between Carmen and Shane was deeper and truer. Throughout out the seasons after Carmen, little subtle events occur that show Shane still misses Carmen most, I think. Jenny and Shane were a terribly unhealthy and weird couple. They should have only stayed friends. Anyway, this season finale was horrible.

Damn on Ilene Chaiken, she did not make the story of The L Word fair. Ending the relationship between Shane and Jenny once and for all was the best resolution but it was not enough because nothing is being resolved about that bitch Adele Channing who extorted the movie Lez Girls and tore Jenny and Nikki apart. Jenny was a bad influence in Season 6, she had to pay the price for her humiliation on Nikki, that's why Nikki hid the negatives in the attic. Stealing the negatives and hiding them in a secret place was the only way to stop them from releasing the movie Lez Girls because Adele extorted it, she has no right to be the director of Lez Girls and her contract was null and void. Damn on Adele for having Jenny removed as director of Lez Girls with herself being the replacement.

Poor Molly, she doesn't even realize how special she is. She's the only girl who really accepted Shane and who Shane never cheated on, and she was able to move on in a healthy way. She is just not like the crazies Shane is used to.
