  • Ah no CGI can match the style of the true Immortal JACK the KING Kirby!!!!

  • Tom Harvey does the voice of Pluto.

I should know because I actually met the guy when I was a kid in the 70`s in Toronto. Very talented guy. He played a small role in the movie "Away From Her " with Gordon Pinsent and Julie Christie about 4 years ago.

  • Thor is STILL rescuing Hercules from his foolishness!

  • @gwenshin What do u think of the costume that is used in THOR's 2011 movie?

  • "Only the weakling seeks to prove his strength at every turn." Words of wisdom from Thor.

  • 2:30 to 2:45 fifteen seconds of pure power action!! epic!!

  • I can barely keep up with this action filled slide show

  • I am Thor, mideist of all!

  • they need to bring this type of animation back

  • great

  • Thankls for sharing such classics!

  • Cartoons suck so much shit now and they look retarded. This is classic.

  • cerberus is a three headed dog! what's this crap?!

  • Lol, take away that hammer, hes like a fish out of water!!! Kind of god is that?

  • thor is underrated

  • Thor is one bad mofo. There is no one--outside of Odin and the Elders of the Universe--he couldn't beat, if he cut loose his full powers. He'd own all the Olympic gods--including Zeus.

  • @Dynamo001 Zeus is on the level of Odin. Zeus could (as has) whip Thor's behind.

  • @Originalman320 There are MANY beings above Odin that can destroy Thor at his best. What I should have said was 'there are very few beings at Odin level that Thor couldn't beat IF he cut loose his full powers'. He fought Zeus to a standstill in Thor Annual #8 for months, non-stop and only had difficulty with Zeus in other meetings because of holding back -- which is my point. Odin is more powerful than Zeus. The only reason he is compared to Odin is because they are both Skyfathers.

  • @Dynamo001 If anyone was holding back, it was Zeus. Zeus whipped a whole team of Avengers by himself, among them was Thor, She Hulk, and a wet Sub Mariner. Both Zeus and Odin could take out Thor in a blinking of an eye. Odin didn't do it because Thor is his son. Zeus didn't do it out of respect for Odin. Zeus wanted to give Thor an old fashioned beat down in Thor Annual# 8 which I have.

  • @Originalman320 I don't give a damn what you 'have'. Your comprehension is the issue. They both held back. It was like a game of Chicken to see who would give up. They had respect for each other. My point still stands. Thor didn't use all of his powers (i.e magic, Godblast, Anti-Force blast, Thermal blasts, etc.) on panel. Zeus can't overcome Odin's enchantments. Thor beat a being possessed of the power of 10,000 gods named Glory and chased off Galactus with a Godblast, once.

  • @Dynamo001 Indeed You and I read the same comics...;-)

  • Buscema and Palmer really recaptured Kirby's vision of Hades back in Avengers #285 - #289.

  • By Od's blood!!

  • mighty thorrr!! lol

  • This has to be my favourite Thor toon ever. So much action through out. This episiode very much to me has the feel of reading a comic book. I love it.

  • wats up wit the freeking grunts in the bacground of this vid?

  • That's how Grant-Ray-Lawrence did it back then. Lazily I must admit, but it does capture the feel of the classic Silver Age works by Lee and Kirby. My regret is that this storyline was never reworked in the 1980s as an animated telefilm.

  • The one in the braces. He dun it.
