You are sentenced to life as there is insufficient evidence to prove you had nothing to do with the crime.... how the fuck would you feel if they cullled the entire prison population every now and again. The problem is prisons are run by big corporations. The more in prison the more the corrupt CEO's make. If you really want to stop gang violence in prisons, politicians need to grow a spine and execute all murderers and rapists immediately. Not let them do life to the tune of $30K to $100K per prisoner per year. An Eye for an Eye as soon as found guilty, not 10 or 15 years later or more. So they're saving up their fecies and throwing it through the "Meal ports"?? $50 of steel per door in order to enlongate the port and build an "Air lock" type scenario would fix that problem too.

I suppose these assholes cant be denied sending letter out as it would be a violation of their "Human Rights" or would it be seen as "Cruel and unusual punishment" ? When these people take lives they should automatically forfeit their rights to EVERYTHING.The best system is a remote facility circled by a high wall with no contact between guards and prisoners,they go in and stay in,the walls stop them leaving and they are free to do as they please inside.Anyone trying to cross the wall is shot.
