Whenever i would render a Clip it would skip and Id have To slow it to 0.25x The normal Speed to get rid of them Sometimes even 0.125x The normal speed. This got rid of that. Omg. Actually it depends more on how good your PC is in general, AE is very CPU intense, so if u just have a dual core, youre fucked... Ram is important too yes, but CPU comes first I believe :)

Quality of video card also goes into how fast it renders out, as is can use open gl to help render the composition. :)

my clip is 120 fps and 99 in the comp when i ram preview it its fine, but when i render it with these settings the clip is slowed down, also when i press H.264 it has a thing saying settings mismatch, then something about the clip not being 60 fps and audio may not sync, when i do render it the clip is slowed down? any ideas??????????

@ISensesHD that is because the resolution of the video clip and the resolution you are using in for the composition are different in order for this to be resolved you would need to adjust the video to the size of the composition resolution or make the resolution of the composition the same as your video. Right click on the composition screen, click composition settings and you can edit the height and width in there. hope this helps
