well it depends on the quality that the video was uploaded in. typing that will enable better decompression of the audio but generally doesnt add a visual upgrade, only if stated as play in high quality will the video change(generally). but the audio doesn't cus most people don't care about it, but dubstep is all about the quality and Hz range. and it pushes harder on the youtube servers and bandwidth, so they do it to make it easier for themselves im pretty sure,worth typing it for dubstep :)
