@bj8895kj they are good when picking up speed. my mate can sub a 440 and pull it back out real quick and hes like 170 pounds.

@d1rtr1d3r250 the key is that you need to hold the throttle wide open WHILE pressing the off button, it leans out the dieselization almost instantly

@d1rtr1d3r250 motor ran away on you because there was no load against the impeller to slow it down, it revs so high it diesels, thats why it wont shut off. The quickest way to kill it when that happens is to press and hold the off button and open the throttle wide open, it will kill it almost instantly, bet it scared the shit outta you eh!

just bought a 84 550 with prox pistons, stage two part/polish, mariner ride plate, impeller, west coast exhaust manifold, coffman pipe, and a k&n of course im kinda noob though still only ridden it once it just needs a paint job though....right now its a good "5 footer" looks hella clean till your 5 feet away and can see the paint scratches and chips
