@LAXdoubleK It's only the red base, but there is a rock next to a window on one side that you can stand on. You can then crouch in mid-jump to enter stealthily, or grenade-crouch/jump to exit.
@LAXdoubleK Unfortunately I can't because I don't have recording software, but I promise you. Look at the Red Base windows, and you will see that they are vertical. Stand on the rock to the LEFT of the base, (same side as the junk pile that you use to get on the roof) and jump at the window. Crouch in mid-air and hold it to get through. It's hard, but not impossible. The Blue Base's windows, however, are horizontal, which means you cannot jump through it. (I know you can fit the flag into both.)
@LAXdoubleK Well, I don't know. Maybe it only works on the XBox version. But I have found that I don't need to crouch, and a well timed jump off the flag ramp can get me out. Sorry.
Some other things you can do: Toss the flag out of a window, score the flag through the flag stand by crouching, frag jump out of blue base with the flag.
The windows on either side of the flag room make quick getaways if you're being chased. Plz make a vid of it o people know. Plz?

@xnm3478 oh I've tried that before but was only able to get myself on the very ledge of the window and stay there without being able to get through.
