u r not stuck in that room and u dont have to switch teams. u jump on the wall bside the floating table and then when u r up u jump onto the hanging concrete and u r back on the roof

Actually you have more than enough time and you can do it normal

On the first glitch you don't have to follow the wall to the barbwire. You can walk anywhere in the area between the two walls and the building.
