Hi Emily, do you have a video on Best of Drugstore Tinted Moisturizers? I know you like Aveeno a lot, but I'd like to hear about more options please. If so, could you send me the link? Thanks.
I hear ELF Studio Tinted has Vitamins C and E which is very nice to have.
hi emily! just wanted to know if you remember what brand that double-sided blending brush is from (you used it 7:12)? also, what would you recommend as a good tinted moisturizer? (i know you've recommended the CG one, but i can't find that in my local drugstores =( )my skin type is much like yours from how you've described it in videos. thanks! =)
I notice you use your fingers but have you ever done half your face with fingers and other half with a non latex (non porous) sponge applying It In a downward fashion??
You be surprised at the flawless difference especially if you use a magnifying glass to observe any flaws In your base.
she is pretty in exactly the right way: pretty hair, good eyebrows, great skin. I would take her advice about makep and moistuzier cause girls like this always know. This is a good tutorial review. I hope to get better skin this winter and not get dry skin and look pale and awful...
i hv watched all of ur vedios and i found that u looked soooo amazing in this vedio. i suggest u not to use that much plum or dark makeup coz u looked a lot younger in this vedio!!!
@beautybop275 yeah, you should. lots of people trend to focus sun cream on their faces and not on their bodies (sometimes the other way around) andusing a different colour for your face can look unnatural. so test a few stripes of foundation on your NECK, not your face and certainly not your wrist.
I currently live in Florida which is soo hot and humid right now but at the end of the month I'm moving to Missouri so I was wondering what drugstore tinted moisturizer and foundation you would reccomend. Thank you so much and I love your videos!
Thanks! I have been looking at all the tinted moisturizer options and have been very lost....L. Mercier, Lancome, Clinique, etc..all the reviews conflict. I am going to try the Mary Kay :)
Question! When we do makeup, can we use tinted moisturiser and normal foundation at the same time? or is it a either tinted moisturiser or normal moisturiser and foundation case?
I live in Singapore, it's summer all day long so... i'm concerned if double coverage might be too much for my skin to bear =))
@MsRavenBlack1988 Where did you find the Neutrogena tinted moisturizer? I have been looking for that one and I only found the 'light tinted' but I want the 'tinted.' Thanks!
great videoss! i think it would be great if you dont already have your face routine like cleansing mositurizing.. foundation etc.. also your skin care routine
I have always put conceler on before putting my foundation on whether it is mineral or liquid, but you put it on after putting on your tinted moisturizer, why?
Nice video. I realy like tinted moisturizers for the winter months. I can't get my favorite one anymore so I might try the MK. I have one question, I have always put conceler on before putting my foundation on whether it is mineral or liquid, but you put it on after putting on your tinted moisturizer, why? Also I like the nail polish you are wearing, what kind is it? Keep up the good work.
I love the products you use. You're not one of the Youtubers who doesn't always use MAC. A lot of us can't afford MAC, so it's nice to have found your channel. Thanks so much, keep up the awesome videos. xoxo Tiffany
i really love the products you use; you use drug store brands, things people can afford. i really love it, cause you're one of the few people i've found that don't only use MAC.
you'll need to find an independent beauty consultant in your area- so check the Mary Kay website for that. I know a lot of products are also sold on e-bay
Just wondering if you find your face gets cakey with all that stuff on it?
I use Nivea Aqua sensation moisturizer, then rimmel fix and perfect, some concealer and then my everyday minerals in semi matte and I find it looks cakey. How can I prevent this?
the beauty of regular (non-mineral) loose powder is that it's generally very sheer. You have to use quite a bit to get a lot of coverage- so I don't get any cakey finish. However- mineral foundations tend to provide more coverage- so when you use them- just make sure you don't use very much. it's tempting to put a lot on, but if you're noticing cakeyness- try using less. hope this helps!
your hair looks gorgeous at the beginning of this video. thanks for the great tips once again! also, a "what not to buy" video would be really helpful i think! and in your next video you should remind everyone to vote vote vote!!!
You are the BEST! I love tinted moisturizer, it is my GO-TO product for coverage (I use the Clinique brand) so this helped me out a little in knowing how to handle it.
I love how you use big label brands with cheapycheap products, it makes it seem like we can all do these makeup tutorials. Thanks!
everytime i watch you..i feel the need to eat some oreos. but its only the 'laying the foundation' videos lol. i think its because the first one i saw...i was eating oreos!
hey guys, i'm from toronto and the weather is really starting to dry up. i follow pretty much the same steps as emily but i use different products. if you live in canada there is a canadian based product line called Marcelle that carries a great tinted moisturizer for about $10-12. So check that out. :)
Cool tutorial, I may have to try the tinted moisturizer from Mary Kay. Speaking of, do you have any Mary Kay lip glosses? If you do, could you do a review on them?
the mary kay lip glosses are amazing! absolutely brilliant product. the only thing I have found, and maybe they have improved the packaging, is that if you leave them on their side for too long they can leak a little. But otherwise, the wand-type glosses are great!
Just want to let you know that you look so much younger without make up =)

Try Kiehls tinted moisturizer - its a little bit more expensive, but it is great stuff, light weight, long wearing, and leaves your skin very silky
