The feather on the moon would've inevitably been at least slightly damaged, adding more wind resistance (owing to the increased surface area). Also of note: look how the Apollo feather is dropped: horizontally. In both the reenactment and "experiment," they are dropped like arrows. On the moon, it's dropped parallel to the ground and DOESN'T ROTATE due to resistance. That's one big "vacuum chamber".

The feather at the end doesn't fall like a feather at all. And I don't get why it is red. Why would they complicate things by getting an exotic big red feather. Easily editable white background? Looks like a prop/edit to me. Conspiracy theory fails as usual.
