haha im still using my eris, i wanted the rezound and gnexus but im waiting for a phone with a battery that can last.

Its funny because, other people had horrible experiences with this phone. I have not had a single problem with it. Here is what I did to make it run better. After having the phone for awhile, the battery overheated a lot and so I took it to Verizon and had them replace the battery and while I was there I asked them to completely wipe my phones memory to its factory settings. Now the phone after 3 years runs like butter, I also got an app killer and it really helps. This phone is a great phone!

I have the eris and I really like my eris, The only problem I have with it is the touch screen keyboard. I don't know why he loves it so much, I always have typos and it lags all the time. But other than that I really like this phone a lot. But if I had the choice, I would go with the Incredible. It's newer and has a better camera.

I own the Droid Eris and so does my dad and we keep having all kinds of problem with it. I personally think the phone sucks, I'm like on my fifth Eris. I had calling problems, short life spand battery, phone over heating, and just it turning off at random times. So I just disagree.

best buy mobile is a complete fail. they dont have as many phones as the carrier's store and they dont do business accounts. also they dont have working models so you cant play around with the phones. also the lady working there was really pushy and acted like she knew everything about the phones when most of her information was wrong.

I fucking hate this phone. It's at the point where it automatically scrolls to the far left hand home screen automatically and I cant scroll back. It freezes CONSTANTLY, and sometimes when I'm sending a text message I will input characters but it won't show up on the actual message. I don't know if this is just a system error or something on my phone specifically or what, but I would recommend just spending the extra money to get the Droid.

Had this phone for alomst a month... had no problems with it... It's very handy, the only disadvantage is sometimes there is a lag during txting depending on how fast you text.... also the battery life is not very good. But overall a good phone

yea ive heard some people say the only thing bad about this phone is its battery life, but a friend of mine bought a new more powerful battery from some website and it runs 2 hours more than the normal one on the eris.

you could either wait for the nexus one or just get the droid eris. I still prefer the nexus one since the nexus one is a new definition for high end smart phones. It has better graphic capability and a little more processing power.

NO, it is worse and more exensive. trust me, the keyboard is horrible. even if you think that you can adapt to it, you can't. it actually hurt my fingers to type because i had to push down too hard. i traded my droid in after two weeks, got an eris, and it is so much better!
