If it is true, quote the Hadiths as proof. Then we can establish their weight. Also, there are plenty of Muslims who aren't Sunni.
And irregardless of Hadiths, if you are a Muslim you will believe the following is the word of God, if you are not you will believe it is the word of Muhammad (SAW):
