I agree that the lecturer is actually very good ! I will have to watch the whole thing to pass judgment on the lecture as a whole.

May I ask why the equation are written out by hand, rather than typed or animated?

Im going to spend the summer learning this. Its a bit beyond my math abilities but Ill remember sequences of derivations if nothing else!
