  • Track 6 is one of my favourite and most beautiful tunes.

Thlugh I prefer the zombie version.

  • FULCI LIVES!

Apoteosi Del Mistero is one of the greatest pieces of music ever created, Frizzi is is genius.

Cheers for the upload! Take a look at the '98 remake of the Zombi theme if you haven't already, it was always my absolute fav when it comes to Fulci related music, in my opinion it's even greater than the original - incredible achievement.

  • yeah this and zombie flesh eaters were the best films of Fulci IMO, plus, they sure dont make films like this anymore, plus the music in City of The Living Dead and Zombie Flesh Eaters were really good and atmospheric

  • yh this and zombie flesh eaters are IMO his best work, dont make horror movies like this anymore :-(, plus as with this and flesh eaters the music is really good and atmospheric too.

  • Apoteosi Del Mistero is absolutely genius. Fulci uses it at the perfect time in the movie too.

  • This Soundtrack is just perfect. I really enjoy listening to it. Every track creaes unforgettable atmosphere, especially "Apoteosi Del Mistero" which is my favourite.

Fabio Frizzi is a genius for me.

    5/5

  • There are no more good horror films, just sluts and pretty boys getting killed, not a scary moment in any of them. Viva Fulci and Argento forever!

  • there still are lots of good movies. just gotta find them

  • Love the scenes with blood in the eyes..

    GORRE !!! xD

  • I JUST finished watching the film. Rented it from Blockbuster. Track 6 is my favorite, too. And my favorite scene as well. I`m a huge fan of Fulci`s work.

  • Are you familiar with the book of Enoch? What you been smoking, grass?

  • such a great movie, brings out alot of feelings!

  • i love this film.

  • your personal favourite is also my fave Joorum

  • Great to hear! =)

  • Oh i love this soundtrack . Have ever since i was a kid. Classic. Thanks for posting.

  • The last track sounds just like the zombi2 theme

  • hey man track 6 is from woodo(ZOMBIE2) from lucio fulci remix

  • great!

  • thanks for posting. 5 stars!

  • the last one reminds me of what he did for Zombi2 and I keep thinking of the tropics and florida or california when it plays.

  • 100% KULT!!!!!

  • agree with all the comments, I'm afraid that we live in a day and age where films like this will never been seen in the true form again. long live Italian explotation, long live Fulchi, long live the 80's

  • why the hell don't they make horror films like this anymore?

  • Because there is a pandemic that eats creativity. Nobody knows where it came from but I always blame Michael Bay, lol!

  • I 100% agree.. thanks for posting this video

  • very strange, very intensive,....... Great music, like the movie!!!

  • "Occhi Di Brace" is such a good track. Of all the songs, none evoke dread like it. The opening also. Gives me chills.

  • Whenever I listen to this, I imagine that I'm alone and sorrounded by fog.

  • And then you hear them...

The living dead closing in to devour you!!!

  • And I welcome them with open arms... so that they can bite my neck easier! Hehehe!

  • Forget that! I'll be like David Warbeck in "The Beyond" and pull out my magnum!

    "I'm a doctor!" BOOM!

  • I'd rather be a zombie. Then I wouldn't have to concentrate on work anymore.

  • Yes...

Then all you have to worry about is shambling around and eating. Unless you become a super zombie like Father Thomas did in this film.

  • I think I will! I'm gonna be so unstoppable that even a shot to the head won't stop me!

Then I'll return from the beyond and take people back to hell with me like Schweick! You better watch out, lol!

  • Lucio Fulci - Hail the Horror master director!

    City of the Living Dead

    Zombie (Flesh Eaters)

    The Beyond

    The House Near the Cemetery

    are all classics and memorable,

  • Very effective music score to Lucio Fulci's graphic and eerie horror film from 1980. Composer Fabio Frizzi creates one of the most frightening and underrated soundtracks of the genre. The music blends perfectly with Fulci's hypnotic direction. Apoteosi Del Mistero (Track 6) is a horrific gem. Fulci lives on. Thank you Joorum for this outstanding audio posting.

  • The 3rd one is a masterpiece imo.. the epitome of Italian Horror

  • nice,

  • michael jackson listen this for thriller?

    great

  • Wow, that brings back many memories. I remember watching this movie when I was just around 10 y/o... Had nightmares for weeks lol

Great sountrack. Thanks for posting it... Still remember the music!

  • You're quite welcome, martycoca!

Watching a Fulci film is always a powerful experience, regardless of age. A lot of that is due to Frizzi's scores.

Check out the other soundtracks I've uploaded too when you have time.

  • Yeah i must have been the same age too. That Father Thomas used to scare the shit out of me, and also i was at school and i remember it put me and my mate off Spaghetti Bolognese for a LONG time, we wouldnt touch it when it was on the menu at school and the dinner ladies used to try and force us to eat it lol THEY was scarey ladies they should have appeared in the film. And yeah the music again adds to the atmophere of the film.. Father Thomas walking through the cemetery to that music..

  • I consider this to be Frizzi's scariest score.

  • Me too!! This is my second favorite score after "The Beyond". You are so awesome to put these playlists together.

  • Oh my god, I love the end song "Voci Dal Nulla" from THE BEYOND! Thank you so much for the compliment, coffycup75!

  • Anytime, buddy :-)

  • I like soundtrack 6 too, awesome!

  • Yeah it's similar to the Zombie theme but that's a good thing. I wander what it would sound like if Fabio Frizzi and Goblin had teamed up for a score.

  • Track 6 is my favorite song from the soundtrack too. It's energetic and creepy at the same time.

  • Just like the theme of ZOMBIE, fun yet depressing.
