Congress was not given the authority to bestow the privilege of president on people. That is why it is in the Constitution as 'natural born Citizen' in the first place, so that Congress has no power to bestow the office of President. You must inherit the right from your citizen Father. Get a clue.

Women didnt even have political rights until 1920. His mom was a minor & 2 young to pass on an inherited citizenship, so Barrack inherits his dads citizenship at birth so he can not possibly qualify as a nat born sovereign U.S. citizen. He can naturalize due to mom but he inherits Kenyan citiznehsip. Understand?
