  • this is incredible

  • jeez this needs updated now haha!

  • Proud to be romanian.

  • i feel bad for the person who has to keep track of the names...

  • So basically their strategy is to not give the judges enough time to look down and score them. Me gusta.

  • yay im a tatiana and a gymnast!

so im just assuming one day i will be in a video like this haha

  • ,,,,,Number five: DOUBLE TWISTING ARABIAN DIVEROLL? THE FUCK?

  • @TheHolySentinel Haha, only a full twisting Arabian dive-roll.

  • @ShawnVikaKomova2012 Well yes cause the arabian was the first twist, still two and ahalf twists.

  • @TheHolySentinel Er, one and a half rather...

  • double-full in is soo deserved no. 1

  • THEY ARENT IN ORDER OF DIFFICULTY BUT RATHER COUNTRY!!!

  • 5 is the best

  • Why isn't no. 7 further up. Sure she only does backflips but they are all so fluent and she does them sooo quickly and when she performed that tumble it didnt look like she did it any time recently so obviously she was ahead of her time when she did that tumble!!!!!

  • Great music for the video.

  • that was some AMAZING tumbling im like REAllY AMAZING tumbling

  • Some people just can't get over that gymnastics is not just a Russian/Romanian sport anymore. It's pretty much an even split between the US/China/Russia/Romania. Whatever though, we know the truth ;).

  • Good vid but I absolutely hate the music

  • Why not rename the vid 'Top Ten Tumbles by people whose first name ends in an A'

  • Hey! This Is My Floor Music! :)

  • Notice there were no "USA"'s on there...

  • @goldiemon or no Asians.

  • Omg I thought I got rickrolled at the very beginning xD

  • Europeans only on this list. I think Dominique Dawes was an incredible power house on the floor, but she's American so she will never be respected. Heaven knows an American can never make any of these top 10 gymnastics lists even though they consistently win gold medals and all-around medals at the Olympics and Worlds. Also missing are any Chinese gymnasts. I'm sure that excuses will be thrown out for why they are not good enough. Whatever.

  • dammit where the fuck is damien walters

  • gay as fucking shit theres no guys tumbling on here

  • Oksana's is still my favorite~

  • I remember watching this when I was still training in gymnastics...

  • Dam y they all girls...

  • i tought it was the rickrollsong at the beginning:(

  • @thalia1998100

    Explosive by Bond

  • they make it look so easy........!!!

  • LilyPod was decades ahead of her time...

  • who else thought the x-men theme song was gonna start playing?

  • i liked number 3... its the first time in gymnastics ive seen a flash kick lol, oh and top comment says number 5 should be 1, such a variation of unseen style which is great

  • 5! WOW! ..how in the world did she not break her neck?!?!?!

  • number 3 has style

  • 7 was best.....

  • whats the sequence of #5??

  • #5 my favorite :)

  • Unlike most commenters here, I actually agree with the order in which these tumbles were placed... #1 is a double full-in. She does a double twist, then manages to sneak in another somersault! It's a move that has only been performed by about two known women. I'm an Omelianchik fan myself, but #5 comes nowhere near #1, and Produnova, despite being a great power tumbler, cannot really compete with Groshkova here either.

  • Number 1 was the worst...

  • Seriously, the misspelling of almost every single name is unacceptable.

  • @QueenieQue And getting the nation represented on more than one, too!!

  • epic combat roll in number 5 !

  • Still prefer Zmeskal's second pass..

  • i thnk dat # 5 should've been # 1

  • I think number 10 should be number 1

  • Sick.. Awesome.

  • The music sounds like sumin of rocky or a game?

  • noway yelena produnova should have been higher up she is one of the worlds most famous power tumblers !

  • This music is my floor music! lmao:P

  • @ChantelJean1 what is the name of this music??? i really liked it

  • @shelbeysimone Explosive by Bond, same music Alicia Sacramone used

  • 0:50 is that a banned move for women's now?

  • these girls r amazing

  • 1 being worst or best .___. i dont see how front handsprings beat doubles>___<

  • Song Title...................... PLEASE!!

  • Why dont we see any of this shit in the current gymnastics?

  • so basically, if I name my daughter Tatiana... -___-

  • @gulabZjamal Yeap 3 Tatiana, 2 Elena. So Elena works too :)

  • @gulabZjamal i dont get it xD

  • @gulabZjamal I love this comment.

  • i just dont see how doing fronthandspring beats doin doubles

  • I think number 5 should have been number 1

  • @gymettte57 Just a combination of 'easy' stuff compared to number one. Double full in? So rare to see someone land one of them.

  • @liamis01177 true

  • @gymettte57 agreed. ive seen her do that pass prior to this video. and i was blown away at the fluidity of the moves she was executing.

  • @tj50129 i know, all of those fantastic tumbling passes are incredible. but if i tried to do number 5, i would injur myself verry badly and are you a gym coach??

  • @gymettte57 nahh i dont coach, ive just since i was like 5, and im 18 now... by all means im no expert, still have a lot to learn. but i would love to coach!!

  • @tj50129 I wouldn't care if you were a expert, i just think you have a fantastic way of judging gymnastics. See I am only 10 and a level 6, im just like you i would love to coach too

  • @tj50129 aww thankyou so much.. but i have been looking for a coaching job.. hopefully it works out!!

  • @gymettte57 your stupid

  • @gymettte57 me to

  • @gymettte57 I think the 64 people who liked this dont understand how hard a doublefull-in is....>w> YOU NEVER SEE THOSE...

  • @AozoraFurryWolf i know, its just i think how they connected it is difficult

  • @gymettte57 Not really... its not that difficult of a pass at all... Its the people who arent very good at tumbling OR dont know much about gymnastics that appreciate the long passes because it look more appealing..when in reality you should appreciate the skills that actually take alot of skill to excecute such as the double full- in.

  • @AozoraFurryWolf thanks for saying im not good.... I dont appreciate you being rude like that. Sorry but i dont. And clearly everyone agrees with me, so ya

  • @gymettte57 same here

  • This list is not complete, you put almost russians, but Catalina Ponor had a very good tumbles too.Lavinia Milosovici and Daniela Silivas deserve to be in top on list not to end of.Daniela was very powerfull and made a great floor everytime.

  • Actually, Oksana was born in Russia, so I think that her medals must belong to Russia. Yes, she trained in Ukraine, but when it was USSR, so there was all one country. Now that the USSR doesn't exist anymore, the titles must go from where she came (Russia).

  • number 5 is epic!

  • where's dominique dawes double pass! These are all Eastern Bloc gymnasts

  • I cant wait to be half as good as some of those girlz!

  • Number 8 tripped me out lol (:

  • Omelianchik is Ukrainian, not Russian.

  • @happyjellyfish soviet...Russia claims all titles from the olympics since it took on all debt from the soviet union. Its just better to call her soviet

  • @LCAmarkymark I don't have a problem with people labeling Omelianchik a Soviet, because she was. Reread my previous comment - Omelianchik is UKRAINIAN not RUSSIAN. Russia was part of the Soviet Union, along with the now CIS countries. Soviet does not automatically mean Russian. My point still holds.

And no offense, but if you think Russia took on the whole (or even most) debt of the former Soviet Union, you're not too well versed in history and should probably read more.

  • @happyjellyfish While she lived in Ukraine at the mean means nothing..its the same thing as if I said Im Oklahoman...it didn't matter. She is soviet above all else only gymnast after 1992 are called by what country they represent. I agree with you that it doesn't automatically mean Russian. And when you say no offense that is exactly what you mean to do is offend. If you are going to school me in history Im going to need documents with your proof lol. No big deal.

  • @LCAmarkymark You're dumb as fuck and complacently ignorant. And yes, THAT was meant to offend, but it's also true. You're contradicting yourself. If you understand the fact that Soviet does not equal Russian, stop spamming this video and stop wasting my time. I again invite you to read my original comment, as in 'Omelianchik is Ukrainian, not Russian.' If you find a flaw in that, kindly blow it out your arse, as it would probably make more sense than the shit you're spewing now.

    Tah.

  • @happyjellyfish calm down...you are the only one spewing shit all over this wall. I don't care if you care that she is Ukrainian. She is Soviet before anything else. Omelianchick the gymnast is Soviet so Russia gets the credit for her metals thats just how it is.

  • I wish the gymnasts today still did back to back tumbling like Omelianchik and Silivas- so crowd pleasing!

  • disculpa, qué música es?

  • 5 was the best

  • I literally almost cried watching this.

  • I think number 5 should of been the number 1 tumble because the person had great technique and her ending was fantastic! She did a flip that looked kind of like a full (maybe it was!) aand she landed it in a roll! Amazing! :)

  • number 8's second front handspring is so freakin perfect!!!!

  • OMG ...NUFF SAID

  • want this music for my floor routine

  • what music is it ??

  • @julie1995able ITS BOND

  • U femenist!!! WHERE ARE THE GUYS AT?? MEN ARE ALWAYS SUPERIOR..

ex: this guy fux all these girls.. /watch?v=SRSrPgBP6K4

  • OMG!!!!!!! That's my gym routine music!!!!!

Just to prove it is called Explosive and it's by Bond!

  • What meet is the Chusovitina clip from?

  • I loved the 5th one!!!!

  • Sorry but i dont bend that way!

  • AMAZING!!!!!! are u gymnast?

  • First was really insane!! that move is a G element for men!!!

on the other hand, 2 olympians as podpokayeva and milosovici so low in rank?? they are legendary!!!!!

  • What are you talking about? 5 wasn't that great.

  • 9 did NOT belong in there.. and 5 is something that kiara nowlin can do. and they do 4 but instead of a triple, they do double pikes! the only impressive ones are 1, 3, 8, 6 and 7 lol which is half of them.

  • Tatiana Groshkova is AMAZING!! As well is Oksana Omelianchik!

  • #5 was my fave!

  • #5 should have won !

  • #5 was amazinggg! jeez

  • WHOA THE ONE AT #1 IS AWESOMEEEEE!!!!!!

i def missed seeing Dominique Dawes worlds 1994 open tumbling run tho. that's amazing!!!

  • having the names pop up while your watching them tumble is distracting, i can't watch them tumble and read the name at the same time.

  • should really check out power tumblers, mulitiple flips and twists on every trick.

  • i liked number threes cart wheel thingy in the air o.o lol

  • Shushunova was a huge tumbler

  • Wheres Strug? Dawes? Amanar?

  • number fiveee<3

    ...its pretty beast. baha

  • i love number 7 and 5!

  • kim Zmeskal?

  • Can you tell me the title of the soundtrack please? *__*

  • Fuck Gravity :P

  • five is definitely my favorite!!

  • GASH! number 5 was amazing!, so cool! :D

  • 7 was my favorite. (:

  • 5 is absolutely GORGEOUS!

  • Mann. I Thought I was Pretty Good. Not Really....):

  • If you think #5 should be #1, then odds are you don't know just how difficult #1 is...maybe one other person has competed that skill since 89-90?

  • i love number 7 !

  • number 7 was epic

  • freaking eastern europeans!

  • *see

  • i'm trying to learn number 8 nuw, and it's going well :) so if you ever so someone doing a podkopayeva again the it's me ;)

  • wtf with 0:47 ?

    :O

  • Comment removed

  • I would rate Omelianchik (#5) as Number 1. She essentially invented back-to-back tumbling in 1985, and others then copied her. Plus she did everything with a big smile!

  • I can do 10 and probably 9, and 4. This makes me happy :)

  • Holy shit number 5 is cool :P

  • number 8 :D

  • You left out Natalia Lashenova's double layout, back handspring, straddle jump, front tuck to double back.

  • @Tribute2the80s Also Karpenko had a lot of interesting tumbles. Like a 1.5 into a 2.5 twist punch front. And once she did a whip through to a double arabian punch front. Dos Santos did a laid out double arabian. And Groshkova also did a whip, full in double pike in 1991 I believe.

  • and worked REALLY hard to get there. they all deserve it

  • who gives a crap what order or whoes the best theyre all freaking insane.

  • number threee was crazyy!!!!

  • like half of their names are tatiana!

  • A double back with -NO TUCK-........WOAH.,

  • #1 is the best, especially since floors back than hardly had any spring power like they do in the more newer clips shown.

  • technically #1 was the best, but to the layman #5 is better :) ( "better" than the "best" = bestest ! hehe )

  • you should replace Zamolodshikova for Natalia Frolova, she did it already in 1986!

  • #1 wins because of difficultly, especially in brute strength and speed.

#5 requires more flexibility and coordination, in terms of switching from foward to backward rotations and twisting to your hands/rollouts.

Of course, #5 would have won for visual effect. It truly is a mind-fuck to watch.

  • #8 is my favorite

  • Didn't deserve # 1? Did you count the twists? A double full back out is nearly impossible. #5 was impressive and fast, but it was only a double lay; no twists.

  • I personally liked #5 and #10 liike OMG! hahha

  • wooow really amazing :D!!

  • where the fuck is Nadia Comaneci?:| she is the best of all time

  • @DaDoggShow she was in the 70's dude. She didn't have this kind of tumbling.

  • hahaha thats was the first floor music i ever hadd (: goood tiimmess

  • One word...Amazing!

  • no damien walters?

  • @leomessi112 tumbles , not tumblers

  • OMG THATS MY FLOOR MUSIC!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • in number 10 is that just a front walkover she does or something else it looks different? and in number 5 what is that half front walkover called?

  • @TheEdhardylover It's called an Onodi.

  • #5 WAS appealing, but DAMN, number 1 is INSANE. It's a double twisting double back tuck, but she does both twists before she even does the second flip... Other gymnasts kind of distribute the twists...Crazy stuff.

  • @elven678

cause its a full in piked with an extra twist so its a double twisting full in piked

  • @elven678 it's called a double full in, not a double twisting double back

  • OMG its my friends floor music!!!
